One thing about going on a trip is that I don't feel any guilt about over eating. I'm not sure why this is but I guess it's just part of really enjoying yourself. So, I've been exploiting my "trip" status to the max and have overeaten a bunch. This morning it was brunch at another friend's house. These were friends from our early Navy days in Puerto Rico. How wonderful to rehash old times. And it goes without saying that the food was superb and we, well, you know... overate!

I keep coming back to torture myself by staring at the fresh fruit picture. Looks so good. Hope you are having a great trip!
